Attorney General accuses Columbia Gas of Ohio conduct

Ohio AG William J. Brown filed a PUCO complaint alleging Columbia Gas of Ohio and related entities refused a 50 Bcf gas sale on Feb 1 1977 to maximize profits during the energy crisis.
