In Santa Monica a state court removed 2 year old former actress Erin Fleming as temporary conservator of Groucho Marx and named Nat Perrin, longtime Marx associate, as temporary co conservator with Bank of America. The court kept the estate jointly managed by Perrin and the bank, valued at 2 to 4 million pounds or dollars, noting Perrin’s authority to manage household staff and duties for Marx’s welfare.
