Three divorces were filed in common pleas court yesterday afternoon. Hertha Jones of Elyria seeks divorce from J. Jones, alleging neglect of duty. they married November 8, 1994, and have three children. William Schoenig sues Margaret Schoenig in a May 1, 1928 marriage for neglect of duty. Bertha Fox, a minor, through her mother Amelia Bussler of Lorain sues Arnold Foo of Lorain, alleging gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. they married June 1, 1930, she claims beating and injuries from a November 15, 1940 automobile ride with him.
