Trio Confesses To New Kind Of Racket

Three men Harry Terrell Edwin Krugman and Wilfard Jordan were arrested and charged after confessing to planning and carrying out a robbery at an alleged Speakeasy. Terrell and Jordan pleaded not guilty and were bound over to the grand jury. Jordan pleaded guilty and was bound over on a separate amount. Police say the trio targeted the speakeasy believing proprietors would not prosecute them due to liquor violations. The hold up yielded a small cash haul and a shotgun was found not used on the second floor. Officers have pursued the case for a week with witnesses linking a local Arus man to the plan.
