Elyria Ohio adopts street dedication and public works ordinances
The city council of Elyria Ohio passes multiple ordinances including accepting dedication of Furnace Street and Bell Avenue from Cascade Colony properties as public streets. It also authorizes sanitary facilities at Route 113 recreation field, demolition of buildings for off street parking, and supplemental legal services in a Turnpike dispute, with emergency provisions where stated. A divorce petition case against Florence Kasper is also noted with hearing date set for May 8, 1954.
