Robert Eugene Ward 27 of Sullivan died at Norwalk Memorial Hospital from internal injuries after a Tuesday Route 20 crash near Norwalk. Passenger Phillip Billman 24 remains unconscious with multiple injuries in serious condition. Ward’s car struck a moving Triangle Freight Line truck driven by Edgar Dilla of Berea. Dilla unhurt.
