Auditorium sale bid tied to $50,000 escrow and higher offers
Klein signals smooth readvertising for the old auditorium after $50,000 is placed in escrow to show good faith. Bidders risk forfeiting the security if they bid under $245,000 or skip bids, while a new arena plan aims for a $925,000 structure with $700,600 already in funds.
