Armistice Day Parade and Ball Planned in Alma
Armistice day in Alma is to be celebrated with a morning parade, military barrages, college services, and an evening monster military ball. The event, led by George W. Leopold Kehn aged 79, longtime Alma resident since moving from Fenton nearly 35 years ago, died at his Park avenue home Saturday morning. He once worked as a merchant tailor before retirement. A funeral was held Tuesday at 2 PM from the Interstate Home with Rev. J Frank Jackson officiating. burial followed at Riverside Cemetery.
