The Kansas Democrat reports Susie B Wonder and Thomas E Pringle both of Hiawatha were married at the Salem Evangelical church officiated by Rev Shomaker. The ceremony featured a white silk mull gown for the bride and maids and flower girls in white. The reception followed at the bride’s home with friends and relatives in attendance and gifts presented. The couple will reside in Hiawatha at corner 4th and Delaware after May 16 in the groom’s new role in the Margins tailoring department.
On Sunday May 27 the Ann Arbor Railroad runs a special train to Mt Pleasant for listeners to Rev Addis Albro delivering the Ascension Sermon at Mt Pleasant Methodist Episcopal Church. Train departs from Alina at 1 5 am. round trip fare 5 vente. return to Mt Pleasant 5 0 pm.
