Alma College bids farewell to Dr E N Transean who leaves to lead Botanical Investigations at the Carnegie Institution Cold Spring Harbor Long Island. Prof Walton is named principal of the Academy and instructor in Pedagogies and Latin. Miss Jennie Mullenbach of Jacksonville College is appointed Professor of French and German and will teach two years of German in the academy.
