Arcada Voters Face County Road System Question
In Arcada the township debates adopting a county roads system while under township control. Officials warn of double taxation and restrict voting rights until the township is reorganized. Opinions from Joan M. Everden and County Prosecutor Fred Bradford surface, suggesting the matter be decided by township electors or the county canvass. The township board votes to submit the proposition for county consideration at the next canvass.
