Mr and Mrs Fred Vernier of Alma began a pleasure trip on November south through the southern part of this state and northern Ohio. They visited Melyon Haker Alta Dick in Linsing Waldron Mich to see Verniers children and old home. Mrs Vernier stayed six weeks with Mrs Susan Vannasdalen. They then toured Pioneer Ohio visiting relatives before a few weeks in Lanxing and returning to Alma.
