Grittenden and Powers Duel Ends in Alma Loss

Alma college caps elect leaders for year sports teams

Captains for baseball track and basketball were elected Monday morning at Alma college for next year. Evdie Boyne Edilin Boyne of Marlette and Sinclair Tebow of Detroit were named leaders of the baseball track and basketball teams respectively. Boyne has pitched three years and leads in two championship seasons, Richards is a sophomore from Sandusky and Tebow starred for the green team that came close to the championship. Wright Park reports twin deer born, one died, leaving two. Officials plan to add foxes and more animals soon.
