Death of Alma resident Mrs Archy T Miller at 46
Former Alma businesswoman Mrs Archie T Miller died at home after a life in Swartz Creek where she served as postmaster and managed telephone companies. Born Minnie DePow in Tangile ton Ontario on December 2 1864 she moved to Alma with her parents and later married Archie S Miller September 19 1Aaa. She had rheumatism for 25 years but remained active until three years ago. The bank at Swartz Creek will close Saturday after noon for her funeral and many residents will attend. She was a member of the Episcopal church and Willet hive No 386 I O T M S of Swartz Creek. She is survived by her father and sister Miss Heathel DePew of Tate, etc.
