Riverdale business men observed Washington's birthday in befitting manner. Every buamuts place in town was closed all day and the state n were appropriately decorated with Magy. The holiday gave an extra day to rent up the number of traveling men who dropped into town on their trips and to go away with empty over books. The example set by Riverdale business men might well be followed by other Gratiot county towns.
