Alma Council Decides on Detroit Trust Co Lighting Contract
Alma Michigan regular council meeting December 8 1912 discusses opening bids for a new street lighting system. Detroit Trust Co bid for first 1000 kWh at 7 cents and 6 cents per additional kWh. council votes to have city attorney draft contract with Detroit Trust Co and seek a better rate if the dam completes early. Also lists general and water fund claims approved for payment.
