In Alma, Lois Fraker and Blake MacDonald joined in marriage at the Fraker home with Dr. Jay Clizbe and Rev. W. H. Mason officiating. The bride, a former Alma College Latin teacher, wore white silk and received a shower bouquet, while a Camp Fire Girls supper followed. The couple plan to reside in New York City after a honeymoon journey through Detroit and Montreal ending at West Fifty-Seventh Street. Guests included Elizabeth MacDonald, John MacDonald, and Dorothy Dawe of Deckerville among others from Detroit, Ithaca, and Grand Ledge.
