Henry Soule Secures Howell Contract for Two State Buildings
Henry Soule of this city won the bid to construct two state home for consumptives buildings at Howell. The total project cost is about twenty five thousand dollars. One addition is a red brick block measuring 125 by 40 feet with a full length porch. The plan features no plaster in most rooms and no heating connections except in attendants’ areas.
