On April 10 1916 a draining authority received an application to locate establish deepen or tile a drain. It describes an outlet where Muskrat and Beaver Creek meet about 20 rods east and south of a section point and follows a waterways course northeast toward sections 17 18 27 with alignment near the section line between sections 8 and 27.
