Town budget keeps taxes flat amid $37.5 million plan
Town Manager Tomas Benavidez presented a no new taxes budget after a long meeting. Councilman Gene Sanchez criticized prior spending by former manager Gus Cordova, citing a $10 million revenue shortfall.
