The National Weather Service warns of up to six inches of new snow in snow belt areas today. Weather should improve tomorrow and remain fair through the weekend with sunny skies. Tonight's low near 10 degrees, tomorrow's high around 32, Friday to Sunday lows near 20 and highs 35 to 40.
President Reagan will deliver a national address from the Oval Office at 8 p.m. to present newly declassified aerial photographs of Soviet supplied weapons and installations in Central America and possibly the Middle East. The White House official said the photos back a push for a Pentagon buildup.
