Reagan to unveil Soviet arms photos on TV

President Reagan will deliver a national address from the Oval Office at 8 p.m. to present newly declassified aerial photographs of Soviet supplied weapons and installations in Central America and possibly the Middle East. The White House official said the photos back a push for a Pentagon buildup.
