Med Center names two top administrators at Upstate NY
Richard P. Schmidt announces Dr. George F. Reed as executive vice president and dean of medicine and Dr. Donald C. Goodman as vice president for academic affairs at Upstate Medical Center. Effective July 1, Reed oversees the College of Medicine while Goodman coordinates academic programs across the center.
