Children with much to give at Oswego BOCES class
A Frederick Leighton Elementary School classroom hosts 13 handicapped children in an Oswego County BOCES program. The group, aged 3 to 7, learns basic skills and participates in gym, music, and weekly spring swimming at Oswego High School.
