Two Syracuse men arrested at illegal dice game
Two Syracuse men were arrested after city police broke up an illegal dice game on South Avenue. Roman Blunt 33 and Paul Cooper 32 were charged with loitering and obstructing arrest respectively. About 30 men gathered at 7 20 p m. on the 100 block. In unrelated cases, a city woman was charged after her 12 year old son was beaten, a Nedrow woman was charged with falsely reporting a robbery, and other incidents including a prowler entry, a marijuana seizure, cattle rounded up in Nedrow park, and a nitric acid leak in Minoa were reported with brief details and statements from officials.
