Non-resident SUNY tuition break seen in report

The LCER report shows out-of-state SUNY undergraduates paid $1,884 yearly in 1982-83 while taxpayers funded $4,027 for university centers and $2,527 for arts and sciences colleges. With a $900 increase, out-of-state costs rise to $2,784, and state residents still cover a large share of non-resident education.
