The National Weather Service at Hancock Airport says the heat wave continues with highs near 90 and lows around 60 to 65. Tomorrow will be partly sunny with afternoon showers and storms possible. A cool front arrives from the Midwest Thursday through Saturday bringing mainly 85 to 90 degree highs.

Boston researchers report a nasal insulin spray that could replace injections for many diabetics. In early tests on 46 volunteers, the spray reaches peak blood levels within 10 minutes and may let patients take insulin with meals, potentially improving disease control and easing daily treatment.
