Hyatt roof collapse hidden during 1979 construction
Kansas City AP reports that OSHA records show a 1979 roof collapse at the Hyatt Regency hotel lobby occurred during early construction and was never publicly disclosed. Four later skywalks failed Friday night, killing 111 and injuring 188, as crews remove debris and scrutinize fault, secrecy, and possible evidence.
