Fatal one car crash in Constantia claims three lives
Oswego County deputies report a Thursday night one car crash on Route 49 east of Kibbie Lake Road killed three people and injured another. Matthew O Bara, 17, died later at Crouse Living Memorial Hospital in Syracuse. The car split in half after striking a dirt pile, a utility pole and a tree.
