New Eateries and Shows Spark Brewerton Shop City Scene
Kyoko's Teall Avenue adds Japanese lunch and late night sushi Fridays and Saturdays from 10 pm to 1 am. Carl Borek Day bands headline weekend nights, drawing crowds by popular request. Easter fun arrives at Flory's Castaways Brewerton with menu specials from 3.95, egg hunt, magic, wild ducks and a visit from the Easter bunny. The Jason Moore Show shines at Moonraker 1401 Brewerton Road Mattydale with future acts including Lee Andrews and the Hearts and The Coasters. Captain John's Restaurant opens at Sylvan Beach with seafood, steaks, ribs and Italian dishes, early birds from 3.95. Carmelita's Taco Shop offers Mexican fare at Spring and Court Streets. Central New York Chapter of the New York State Restaurant Association meets 6:30 pm Tuesday at Sunset Restaurant Auburn. President Carl DeSantis speaks on the association’s plans.
