McChord Elected National Railroad Commission President

C C McChord president of the Kentucky Railroad Commission was elected president of the National Association of Railroad Commissioners at its four day session in Washington. The vote was unanimous with delegations praising his record and expecting closer state and national cooperation in future legislation.
