The notice asks for the return of a roan stray mare with one eye out and a tight shoulder brand. She came to a residence Monday night May 27. Owners W. S. Parbam & Sox, Springfield KY Rt. 4 request payment for her keep to reclaim ownership. A second item warns that the Electric Light and Water Company will prosecute trespassers on their grounds.
Dental office advertisement notes first class service offered in Springfield Kentucky with an office located in Hagon Block upstairs and promoted as a premium provider.

Geo Gordon of Kansas and Mrs B F Jenkins of Illinois were summoned to aid their mother Mrs William Gordon. Leys Satterly sold a horse to Erastus Stine for 125 dollars. Ladies report poor luck with young turkeys and chickens.
Boyle County Herald reports Mr J B West bought a gold medal inscribed For Neatness M F Gy Sudie Hulbert from a wandering Gypsy. West advertised to find owner and Hulbert of Hodgensville replied and received the medal by mail, stating it was stolen over a year ago. The initials M F C stand for Mils Jeraburg Female College. A S of E Locals in Washington county plan a courthouse barbecue for July 4 after a meeting next Saturday afternoon.
