The action names George Boydston Benjamin Burgan Elmore Burgan Mary Pierce and Hattie M Pierce among others, with notices to appear by Sept 3 1917 at Warsaw courthouse. The case aims to determine ownership of the real estate described as Lot 39 in the Original Plat of Warsaw minus the north 22 feet.
