The land in Cheyenne County Nebraska described as Section 9 Township 12 North Range 53 West is subject to two leases to Shell Oil Company (Dec 16 1949) and Rex Monahan (Feb 28 1957). The owner declares both leases forfeited for breach and demands surrender and recording within ten days, or file an Affidavit of Forfeiture with the County Register of Deeds. Dated September 6 1967.
