Refugee resettlement plan opens to Sidney public
A First United Methodist Church committee leads a community effort to sponsor a Cambodian or Vietnamese refugee family. An informational meeting at the Sidney Public Library drew about 20 people as seven sub committees form to tackle housing, jobs, and basic needs.
