Hospital Bazaar Planned at Sidney Elks Club This Week
The Memorial Hospital Bazaar returns Thursday and Friday at the Sidney Elks Club main floor. The Hospital Auxiliary thanks Elks for use of the building and outlines future needs including laundry equipment, an X Ray tube, a sterilizer, and a nerve stimulator. Donations for rummage sale and coffee shop are invited with drop off times at the Elks Club or hospital kitchens.

The 48th annual Dalton Fall Festival began with entry day exhibits in the school gym and a 7 30 pm football game between Dalton and Dix ending 8 8. Prizes were awarded in commercial organization and family divisions, with a Sweepstakes trophy for best overall. State Senator Robert Clark presented the Bicentennial Flag to the Dalton community.
