College dean resigns over workload at WNTC Sidney
Gary Foster 33, dean of students at Western Nebraska Technical College, resigns citing an impossible workload. He has run the student personnel office, counseling, financial aid, activities, housing, athletics, intramurals and placement with one secretary. The resignation takes effect Sept. 30. Foster seeks immediate staff additions to avoid harming student services and funding.
