The Cheyenne County Crops Judging team won first place at the State Fair with a score of 1360 out of 1500 among 30 contestants. Nebraska Needs Oil Discoveries To Halt Slump
Paul Roberts of Sidney, engineer for the State Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, says Nebraska must find several large new oil discoveries to reverse a sharp production decline.
