A group led by Elizabeth E Nelle, Gaylord, Lida Sander, and others filed a district court petition in Cheyenne County Nebraska on August 1947. They seek to bar defendants from any interest in 169.7 acres of the Boussert Quarter and cancel a U S patent and two tax sales dating to 1901 and 1902, affirming plaintiffs ownership and title to the land. The notice lists defendants including James C Boyd and Margaret J Brazelton and notes unknown real names.
