Sidney attorney P. J. Heaton was in St. Joseph's Hospital in Omaha with an intestinal infection after noon Monday while in Omaha representing a client in Federal court. His client, Lloyd G. McClellan of Sidney, was fined one hundred dollars and placed on one year probation for taking equipment worth 1442 from the Sioux Ordnance Plant where he formerly worked as an inspector. Mrs. Heaton said he was expected to return to Sidney today.

The third annual model airplane contest sponsored by the Sidney Volunteer Firemen will be held at the Sidney Municipal airport south of Sidney on Highway 19 Sunday afternoon starting at two o'clock.
