Fire destroys trailer near Sidney on Highway 30
An electrical short likely from a heater defrosting a refrigerator started a fire Tuesday afternoon destroying a two-trailer dwelling 1.5 miles east of Sidney on Highway 30. Owned by Ray Robinson and occupied by Merle Robinson, the units suffered total loss with no injuries. Firemen note this is the third trailer fire the department has responded to in recent months.
