Cheyenne County Commissioners Hear Pipelines Easement Deals
The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners met September 16 1952 in Sidney to audit claims and approve expenditures across General Road Bridge Gas and other funds. They approved an agreement with The Toronto Pipeline Company granting an easement for crossing county roads and highways and adopted resolutions authorizing pipeline construction and related sewer line work with conditions on traffic protection road restoration and indemnity. The board also authorized future map filing and adjourned to October 21 1952.
