El Paso report says General Obregon, leading the Carranza commission, presented a resolution at the Aguas Calientes convention seeking safety guarantees for delegates and proposing relocation to a safe place. An official Mexico City message confirms fears that delegates have been arrested or threatened with imprisonment by the Villa faction.
E. J. Sanders and his wife of Sextorp shopped in Sidney and visited relatives on Saturday. Mrs. William Smith is visiting her daughter at Pine Bluffs for a fortnight or longer. Joel Schad and A. Namath of Lodgepole were among shoppers in town on Monday.
Mrs Mary Shaw of Afton Iowa visited Tuesday with her sister Mrs Haskell. She had spent the summer in California.

O V Y Mercer and wife and Miss Mabel Ogle traveled from Ontario Monday and visited until Wednesday. Mercer was accompanied by his sister Mrs. Haskell while Miss Mabel Ogle stayed with relatives.
