Bay horse from U P dispatchers causes buggy wreck
A fine bay driving horse belonging to L L Brown of the U P dispatchers force broke loose from a hitching post Monday evening and ran away, wrecking the buggy and inflicting a severe cut on its hind leg. Major J S Parke of the 22nd Infantry has gone to the Philippine Islands, noting a letter to The Telegraph requesting the paper’s address change from Fort Roots to Manila.
