The project aims to form a permanent board of adult youth group representatives and seeks broad community support and labor. New Minister for Episcopal Church Arrives in Sidney

Lloyd R. Bissonette, 34, Chadron, in Scotts Bluff jail after admitting a string of check forgeries totaling 10 000 to 15 000. He confessed to a $48.50 fake at Merrick Shoe Store in Sidney using the name Dawson. Arraigned in Scotts Bluff county court and pleaded guilty to forging a check at Ger ing and bound over to district court on 1 000 bond.
