Elevator row ends as property dispute delays Sidney project

On Block 11 in Sidney the Hayes Barnes Elevator Co paused after the railroad company acknowledged error with J R Williams front yard at issue. Mayor Gray asked for suspension while authorities untangle the misfiled deed and Williams remains in his home until a new site plan is arranged.
