Doctors Probe Mystery of Growth at Johns Hopkins
Johns Hopkins Hospital starts a 600000 dollar two year study on human growth funded by a national program. Led by Dr Cheek and involving specialists from Walter Reed and University of Miami, the project will study about 100 children with congenital heart defects or hypopituitary dwarfs using 90 plus tests to gauge biological age mental growth cardiac output and cellular factors.
