Sidney City Council approves contract modification for paving bonds
In Sidney Nebraska the city council resolves to modify the August 22, 1946 contract with Kirkpatrick Pettis Company to permit issuing district paving bonds and war rants in Districts 13 to 16 and any new districts by January 1, 1947.
