Thanksgiving Gatherings Across Counties Around Lodgepole

Thanksgiving dinners filled homes across the area. Families from Sutherland Sedgwick Cheyenne and Denver joined Mrs Frieda Widstrand and relatives near Lodgepole for meals and a birthday celebration for Jack Howerter. Guests included Roy Howerter Jr Herbert Ford Doris Howert er Hank Namath Helen Howerter Donald Howerter and the Howerter clan from Sidney plus many others visiting in the area.

North Ward Brownies Meeting Report

The meeting was called to order by President Anita Saunders. Registration fees were received by Treasurer Carol McBain. The Brownie pledge was recited and the group sang the Brownie song. A Christmas project was worked on and refreshments were served by Barbara Nelson. Sharon Kaylor, Reporter.
