Footage showed the accident scene with paper sheep substituting for live animals. Dryer failed to prevail as the judge dismissed the case stating there was road space for the car to stop before the flock. An appeal to the Nebraska Supreme Court was announced.

Four-Lane Upgrade Planned for Colorado U S 634
The State Highway Dept. will widen Colorado U S 634 between Fort Morgan and Wiggins Junction to four lanes at an estimated cost of 746210 dollars.
