Albany N Y Nov 23 The court of appeals denied the request for a new trial by Mrs Ruth Snyder and Henry Judd Gray convicted of killing Albert Snyder Queens county. Death of infant Jack Elder Williams son of Mr and Mrs G O Williams of Peetz Colorado occurred Friday November 18. The burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery Sidney with Methodist church pastor of Peetz conducting services at the grave.
